01 HOW A BATTLE PLAYS
Plan it frozen.
Fight it live.
- 01
PICK THE GROUND
Four fronts. One board.
Hedgerows that stop shells until they burn, desert ridges, a frozen crossroads, a city split by a canal. Pick a location and the board rebuilds around you.

- 02
PLAN · TIME FROZEN
Freeze time. Draw the war.
Build the platoon, spend the loadout budget on scouts, mediums and heavies, then give every tank its job: attack the HQ, follow you, or a route of grid squares it will drive on its own.

- 03
RADIO THE SQUAD
Then it all goes loud.
Drive your own tank, aim or let it auto-aim, and radio the squad mid-fight. Damaged tanks slow down, HQs repair, shells chew through cover. Every battle plays out differently.

02 THE RADIO
Five keys run the war.
Every order is one key, one colour, one job: the same on desktop and phone. Tap one to lock it in, tap again to release. Go on, they are the real keys.
COMMS · Pick an order. The squad is listening.
03 FOUR FRONTS · THREE TANKS
Every map fights differently.
- 01
NORMANDY / 1944 INSPIRED
Hedgerow breach
Cut through the hedges. Hold the opposing headquarters for 12 seconds with no defender nearby.
- 02
EL ALAMEIN / 1942 INSPIRED
Desert spearhead
Break the opposing platoon. Keep your command tank alive and eliminate all four defenders.
- 03
ARDENNES / 1944 INSPIRED
Winter crossroads
Control the central crossroads for 45 uncontested seconds. The first side to secure it wins.
- 04
RIVER CITY / TRAINING DRILL
Twin bridges
A canal splits the city. Cross either bridge, work through the streets and capture the opposing headquarters.

04 DESK OR POCKET
A cockpit for every screen.
A real phone cockpit
Landscape, full screen, notch-safe rails: stick on the left, orders and Fire on the right.
Full screen command
The header steps aside; radio and aim float as dock cards over a bigger map.
Install it like an app
Add it to your home screen and it opens straight into the cockpit.
Tiny on purpose
The whole game is about 68 KB gzipped. No engine download, no assets to wait for.
The grid is the DOM
Every square on the board is a real element. It is a web page, fighting back.
Dark and light
Neon on ink at night, crisp on paper by day. Same colours, same jobs.
05 A DOM VIRUS CARTRIDGE
Born in the arcade.
Battlefield started life on the DOM VIRUS shelf: tiny games that turn your page into the game board. Plug it into the console there, or try the other cartridges.
